The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the bill on the introduction of the amendments to the Law "On restitution of the paying capacity of the debtor or to declare him a bankrupt)

The bill (Re. №2088) suggests to introduce the amendments to the items 17 and 332 of the current law regarding the "order of the restitution of the paying capacity of the debtor-enterprise after the cessation of the sanitation concerning the conclusion of the consensual dispute resolution or the extinguishment of the creditors´ conditions or in case after the sale of the property it was enough to satisfy the creditors".
